Kick It By Eliza is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) filled with kickboxing, boxing, rhythmic components, and a meditative cool down. Kick It was designed by Eliza Shirazi to motivate women to feel empowered, made for anyone and everyone to kick up their fitness routine. Come prepared for 13 rounds of music-driven, sweat-inducing and kickboxing-inspired, high energy workouts!
