HOW DO I JOIN?
All enrollments are self service online at www.gymit.com/memberships
HOW DO I MANAGE MY MEMBERSHIP ONLINE/APP?
To cancel or freeze your membership, please click here to fast track your request.
You can manage other parts of your membership through our online portal or through the Gymit Fitness App (Apple / Android).
1. Open your Fitness app.
2. Tap the More icon (…) in the lower-right corner of the app .
3. There you will see:
- Membership
- See agreement details
- Download PDF document: Download copy of your membership agreement.
- My Profile: Update Email, Phone Emergency Contact, etc.
- Payment Methods: Change credit card and bank account used for billing and card on file purchases.
- Payment History: See your payment history for Dues and Club Purchase.
- Session Balance: See how many Personal Training sessions you have available and when their expiration date is.
- Check-in History: See and download your club visits.
- See agreement details
Your login is your email address. If you need to activate your account and/or reset your password select Forgot password/Resend invite on the login page of our web site or the app. Any issues, please email us at support@gymit.com.
CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Of course! We allow members to freeze for a minimum of one month for up to one year for only $2.50 bi-weekly. Please click here to freeze your account.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

HOW DO I SWITCH MY MEMBERSHIP TYPE?
Consider upgrading an Elite member to gain access to: Unlimited access to our Elite Recovery Lounge with HydroMassage and CryoLounge (hot/cold therapy) for post workout recovery, free weekend guest privileges (Friday – Sunday), and discounted cooler drinks.

HOW DO I GET MY AGREEMENT INFO, PAYMENT HISTORY AND/OR CHECK IN HISTORY?
- Open the GymIt Fitness App
- In the App, Tap the More icon (…) or On the Web select “My Account” in the drop down under your Name in the top right corner
- Select the relevant sub menu
HOW DO I SWITCH CLUB LOCATIONS?
Have you considered upgrading to our Elite membership which gives you access to both clubs, Unlimited access to our Elite Recovery Lounge with HydroMassage and CryoLounge (hot/cold therapy) for post workout recovery, Free Weekend Guest Privileges (Friday – Sunday) and Discounted Cooler Drinks?

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DON'T LIKE IT?
We are confident you will love our club, but just in case, we offer a no hassle 10-day money back guarantee. Simply email us at support@gymit.com within 10 days of joining and let us know why we aren’t the best option for you and we will immediately refund any dues or fees you have paid and cancel your membership.
After 10 days, standard cancelation policies apply. Please note this applies to recurring memberships only. There is no refund policy on paid in full memberships.
CAN I GET A FREE TRIAL?
For the security of our members, we do not allow guests to use the club unless they are working-out with an existing member. You are more than welcomed to stop in for a tour of the club and if you like it and decide to join, we have a no-hassle 10-day money back guarantee which enables you to try the club for 10 days without risk.
WHEN AM I BILLED FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?
Memberships are billed bi-weekly. The first payment is typically due two weeks after your start date and bi-weekly thereafter.
ARE THERE OTHER FEES ASIDE FROM ENROLLMENT?
To help maintain top safety standards and keep our clubs in fantastic condition, our physical memberships have a $49.95 annual facilities enhancement fee. This fee is billed eight weeks after you join and annually on that date.
WHAT ARE YOUR RECURRING MEMBERSHIP RATES, FEES, AND COMMITMENTS?

All recurring agreements require a 12 week commitment.
ARE YOU OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY?
At our Brookline location, we are open 24 hours from Monday at 5:30 AM thru Friday at 8 PM.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
Brookline (920 Commonwealth Ave)
Validated parking is available at 131 Dummer Street parking garage, directly behind the gym. There is a back entrance into the gym from level 4. There is also limited street parking around the gym, both free and metered. Validated parking garage rates are $1 for the first 90 mins, $2 for 91 mins – 120mins, $3 for 2-3 hours, and $3 per hour after 3 hours.
Watertown (36 Arlington St)
Parking and gym entrance is behind the building. Overflow parking is located at the Residence Inn by Marriott Hotel lot directly behind Sarris Auto Sales. Also available are the 24 Residence Inn spots closest to the stairway that leads down to the GymIt parking lot.
WHY DO I NEED A BANK ACCOUNT FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?
In order for GymIt to maintain the lowest possible dues prices, we must avoid the prohibitive credit card fees and require checking or savings account information for recurring dues payments.
We also require credit or debit card information for your initial payment and any in-club purchases. Our billing partner is the largest fitness club provider in the world and have processed billions of transactions over the past 20 years without any member billing security breaches. Your billing information is always encrypted and cannot be accessed by anyone within the GymIt organization.
CAN I PAY IN ADVANCE FOR A MEMBERSHIP AND AVOID HAVING TO PROVIDE MY BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION?
Yes. You may invest in either 1-month, 3-months, or 12-months at a time using a credit or debit card by going to www.gymit.com/memberships and entering the following promo code that will bring you to the paid in full options.

ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS?
We designed the GymIt business model to be the most affordable option while also providing tons of value. Because of this we do not have room to discount our rates.
HOW CAN I GET PROFESSIONAL FITNESS ASSISTANCE?
The best fitness value in Boston starts by making a one-time $15 investment in a 70-minute kick-off training session. You do not need to be a member to do this.
This session will include: identification of your specific objectives, an educational workout with a personal trainer, a 3D body scan report detailing all of your current physiological statistics and allowing us a baseline from which to track your success, and most importantly will ensure that we can make an educated recommendation as to how you should approach achieving your fitness objectives.

WHAT ARE THE RULES AROUND GUEST VISITS?
For the security of our members, we do not allow walk-in guest visits. The shortest term pass is a 30-day pass for $49.95. Member sponsored guest visits are only allowed if entering and exiting with an active member of the gym. Interested? Friday-Sunday: Elite Members are able to bring a guest for a workout at no cost. There is no limit to the number of different individuals an Elite Member can bring as long as there is only one guest at a time.
All other guest visits require a $10 guest fee to be paid upon entry, but still require entering and exiting with an active member of the gym.
